As per the details on prometric website, DNB CET Nov 2013 session exam will be from 15th Nov till 21st Nov 2013. Official notification from NBE is yet to come, and may be updates on natboard website in few days.

UPDATE (1/10/2013): Prometric has removed the above mentioned page from their website. So consider this post as temporary. I think due to wide spread sharing of the mentioned page at Prometric's Website without any official notice from NBE created panic at Prometric, and so they removed that page immediately.
