How to Apply
Application form will be available for Online Submission till 05th Mar 2014 for PG seats www.upumcwa.org

Submit the form online, get the print of the confirmation page and send the same after fixing a recent color photograph with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- in favour of "UPUMCWA" payable at Bareilly to "The Coordinator, UPUMCWA Exams, First Floor, Anand Ashram Complex, Rampur Garden Bareilly- 243001 (Utter Pradesh)
