Last Date for Receipt of Completed Application Forms (without late fee): 26th November 2015
Last Date for Receipt of Completed Application Forms (With Late Fee Rs.1000/-): 03rd December 2015
Date of Entrance Test: 05th December 2015 (Saturday, 02.00 pm to 05.30 pm)
Declaration of Result: 25th February 2016 at 05.30 PM
Date of Counseling & Admission: 24th & 25th March 2016
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must be an Indian National
The candidate must have passed MBBS Examination from a recognized Medical College & should have obtained final registration either from the Medical Council of India, New Delhi or Maharashtra Medical Council or concerned State Medical Council after completion of one year rotating internship training
The candidate undergoing one year rotating internship training and likely to obtain final registration certificate from the MCI, New Delhi or State Medical Council on or before 15th April 2016 can also appear for the entrance test

Application should dispatch the completed form to the University alongwith a Demand Draft of Rs.3000/- drawn on any nationalized bank, in favour of the "Registrar, D.Y. Patil Education Society Deemed University" payable at Kolhapur

The attested copies of the following documents must be submitted along with application form for Entrance Test and originals should be presented at the time of counselling
