1. Result cum Merit list of applicant candidates of DNB Centralized Entrance Test (DNBCET) conducted by NBE in August 2013 has been declared. The result can be seen at Notice Board at Ansari Nagar Office of NBE, New Delhi. The result shall be available on NBE website very shortly.

2. Tie of merit position shall be resolved at the time of counseling upon verification of original documents of the candidate as per the criteria mentioned in the Information Bulletin.

3. Candidature is purely provisional subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria as mentioned in the DNBCET Information Bulletin and verification of the original documents at the time of Centralized Merit Based Counseling conducted by NBE.

4. In case, any candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria, his/her name shall be automatically taken off from the merit list.

Candidates can access the same at NBE website www.natboard.edu.in, DNB PDCET website www.pdcet.natboard.edu.in and also at Notice Board at Ansari Nagar Office of NBE, New Delhi.

2. Tie of merit position shall be resolved at the time of counseling upon verification of original documents of the candidate as per the criteria mentioned in the Information Bulletin.

6. Candidates opting for a confirmed seat are required to deposit their Original MBBS Certificate and the Post Graduate Diploma Certificate at NBE office. These original certificates shall be returned back to the candidates after three months of joining the course.

Applications on the prescribed form are invited for the following Postdoctoral and Postgraduate courses for the academic session starting from 1st January, 2014.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. The candidate should fill his/ her application form available on the PGI website i.e. http://pgimer.edu.in. He/She should fill all the fields of the form. No fields should be left blank. After filling application form the candidate should deposit the application fee through challan form (Triplicate) in any branch of SBI.
2. Candidates can go to any Branch of State Bank of India with the fee Payment Challan duly filled in and pay the prescribed Application Fee in the “Power Jyoti” PUL current account of PGIMER. The Challan form is required to be filled up in the name of Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh (Examination) in the Power Jyoti Account No. 32211613319 and those candidates who have SBI account can also pay their fee through i-collect service of SBI and I-collect Account No. is 32222954695. In that case the INB reference No. will have to be mentioned instead of Challan No. in the application form. The fees for GENERAL/ OBC/OPH candidates is Rs.1000/- and for SC/ST Rs.800/- (indicating category i.e. General or SC/ST). However, the fees for DM/M.Ch examination is Rs.1000/-. (The candidates should write his/her Name, Address, contact number and course name in which he /she apply, on the back side of Challan form).
3. The candidate should ensure that they submit the OFFLINE application immediately after payment of fees, since the same is non-refundable. No representation/ request/ demand for refund of application fees will be entertained if the candidate fails to apply within the stipulated time after payment of application fee.
4. The application along with copies of certificates duly attested in support of educational qualification(s), experience, age/date of birth certificate, caste certificate, Fresh OBC certificate, challan form and NOC from the present employer, if employed should be sent through Registered Post or Speed Post to the Professor In-Charge, Academic Section, PGIMER, Sector-12, Chandigarh-160012. The application received through Courier/ Ordinary Postal Dak etc. are not acceptable. The PGIMER will not be responsible for any postal delay.
5. The candidates completing internship after 31.12.2013 are not eligible for course No. 1, 2 and 3.
6. The number of seats wherever indicated are provisional and may increase/decrease without any prior notice.
7. A candidate can apply only for one subject/ specialty.
8. Incomplete applications will not be entertained and no correspondence will be made in this regard.
9. In case the last date of receipt of application is declared holiday, the last date for receipt of
the same will be considered as next working day.

COMBINED MEDICAL SERVICES EXAMINATION, 2013

1. On the basis of result of the written part of the Combined Medical Services Examination, 2013 held by the Union Public Service Commission in June, 2013, the candidates with the under mentioned Roll Numbers have qualified for Interview/Personality Test.
2. The candidature of these candidates is PROVISIONAL subject to their being found eligible in all respects. The number of vacancies to be filled up on the basis of this examination is 1492. The candidates would be required to produce the original certificates in support of their claims relating to age, educational qualifications, community, physical disability etc. at the time of the Personality Test. They are, therefore, advised to keep the said certificates ready.

3. In accordance with the Rules of examination all these candidates are required to fill up the Detailed Application Forms (DAF) . All the qualified candidates are required to fill up the Detailed Application Form (DAF) and submit the same ON LINE. The Detailed Application Form (DAF) will be available on the website of the Commission from 12.09.2013 till 23.9.2013 Important instructions regarding filling up of the Detailed Application Form (DAF) and submitting the same ONLINE to the Commission will be available on the website. The candidates who have been declared successful have to first get themselves registered on the relevant page of the website before filling up the ONLINE Detailed Application Form. The qualified candidates are further advised to refer to the Rules of the Combined Medical Services Examination, 2013, published in the Gazette of India, dated 6.04.2013, which will also be available on the Website of the Commission.
4. After submitting the Detailed Application Form (DAF) duly filled in ONLINE, the candidates are required to take out a print out of the finally submitted Detailed Application Form (DAF) separately and will have to send the printed copy of the Detailed Application Form (DAF) duly signed by the candidate along with all relevant documents to the Under Secretary (CMS), Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi‐110069, so as to reach the Commission`s Office latest by 27.09.2013. The envelope containing the print out of the Detailed Application Form (DAF) submitted ONLINE should be superscribed “Detailed Application Form (DAF) for Combined Medical Services Examination, 2013”. It can also be delivered at UPSC by hand till 27.09.2013. (5.00 PM).
5. Interview of candidates who have qualified for the Personality Test are tentatively scheduled to commence from 7‐10‐2013. The exact date of interview will, however, be intimated to the candidates through Interview Letter/e‐mail. Roll Number wise Interview Schedule will also be made available on Commission`s Website in due course. The candidates are advised to check their e‐mail also for further information.
6. No request for change in the date and time of the Personality Test intimated to the candidates will be entertained under any circumstances.
7. “The marks‐sheets of candidates, who have not qualified, will be put on the Commission`s Website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result (after conducting Personality Test) and will remain available on the Website for a period of 60 days”.
8. The candidates can access the marks‐sheet after keying in their Roll Numbers and Date of birth. The printed/hard copies of the marks‐sheet would, however, be issued by UPSC to candidates based on specific request accompanied by a self addressed stamped envelope. Candidates desirous of obtaining printed/hard copies of the marks‐sheet should make the request within thirty days of the display of the marks on the Commission`s Website, beyond which such requests would not be entertained.
9. The result is also available on the U.P.S.C.`s Website http://www.upsc.gov.in.
10. Union Public Service Commission has a Facilitation Counter at its campus. Candidate may obtain any information/clarification regarding their examination/result on working days between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
