- Last date of submission of application form: 04th June 2014
- Date of DNB Super Specialty Entrance Test: 15th June 2014 (Sunday)

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION:
- The test comprises 180 multiple choice, single correct response questions in English language only.
- There shall be a common entrance paper for all the medical super specialties. Similarly there shall be a common entrance paper for all
- surgical super specialties.
- Candidates successful in the CET-SS shall be asked to participate in a Centralized merit based counseling conducted by National Board of Examinations for allotment of DNB seats at NBE accredited Institutions/
- hospitals/medical colleges in order of their merit and candidate shall be able to opt for the NBE accredited institution/hospital/medical college of their choice as per availability at their merit.
- The examination shall be a multiple choice questions and objective in nature. The answers have to be given in the specially designed answer sheet (OMR type), which will be provided in the examination hall. Candidates are not allowed to take copy of question booklet / OMR Sheet under any circumstance. The examination shall be conducted in conventional paper base mode.
- Negative Marking: There shall be no negative marking.

Duration 3 hours
Total Questions 180
Syllabus: As per the curriculum of the concerned specialty i.e. MD/DNB in Medicine for Medical Super Specialty; MS/DNB in Surgery for Surgical Group (Post Graduate exit level).
The examination shall be conducted on 15th June 2014 (Sunday)

ii) Challan slip duly stamped by the bank where fee is paid
iii) Attested photocopy of Registration Certificate of Medical Council of India / State Medical Council
iv) Attested photocopy of MBBS Degree Certificate
v) Attested photocopy of DNB/MD/MS Pass Certificate

The fee as above can be deposited any branch of the Indian Bank or Axis Bank; Pay-in-slip can be downloaded from NBE Website www.natboard.edu.in
NBE copy of pay-in-slip is required to be submitted in original along with application form
Fees shall neither be refunded nor carried forward if the application for CET-SS is Rejected/Candidature is found to be Ineligible
